Why the Various Options?

Option Realty understands that many sellers are capable of handling some of the selling activities themselves; as a result we offer sellers options and buyers & sellers incentives.

• Sellers - 3 Service Levels:
     Level 1* - Listing in MLS only
       Level 2* - Seller does some of the work - Option Realty does the rest
       Level 3* - Option Realty does all the work (7% credit allowance applies)
• Buyers/Sellers - 7% credit allowance program*
• Buyer/Seller Program - Savings program for those who sell and purchase their next home using Option Realty*
